My beloved sheltie, Morgan, passed away in October of 2021. Morgan was friendly, loyal and very pretty. He absolutely identified with that last part. In fact, friends and I often joked that he would have made a fabulous drag queen as he had perfected his catwalk strut.

A wonderful friend gifted me a succulent called 'Morgan's Beauty' to remember him by. Creating a lino print of the plant was a gentle way for me to honour and remember that special relationship we have with our pets. Adding a bunch of colour to each print with suminagashi, gouache, gold leaf and hand-made stamps turned each individual print into it's own unique piece of art and much better reflected Morgan's very camp personality! No two prints are anywhere near the same, just like no two dogs are the same.

Important Notes:

- All prints are sold unframed unless specified otherwise in the listing.

- While great care is taken to ensure prints are as identical as possible, the handmade nature of lino printing means that prints may have minor differences. In this case, the addition of suminagashi, gouache, gold leaf and hand-made stamps has transformed each print into a unique piece of art and no two prints are the same.

- All prints will be signed by me.

- All artwork sold is designed and printed by Kate Finn © 2024.

- I make every effort to mail out all orders within 7 days of them being placed. If this isn’t possible I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

- All artwork sold will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and water-proof cellophane to ensure they arrive to you safely.
