There's something in the ritual of making a pot of tea that is truly grounding. Scooping the loose tea, adding boiling water, waiting for it to brew until it's just right, then straining it as it's poured into a favourite teacup... Slowing down the simple task of making myself a cup of tea makes the whole experience so much richer and helps me to enjoy the moment.

I must admit I too often default to the standard teabag. However, when I take the time to pour myself a pot instead, I'm reminded how easy it is to ground myself and be present with simple rituals that slow me down.

- While great care is taken to ensure prints are as identical as possible, the handmade nature of lino printing means that prints may have minor differences.
